Increasing demands in business travel management
With the growing volume of international travel, Mitsubishi Electric also faced a rising organizational workload. The many legal requirements, from EU notifications and social security obligations to visa regulations, posed significant challenges. Labor and tax laws differ from country to country, and the process was decentralized. As a result, there was no overall view. Mitsubishi Electric therefore needed a central solution that automates the processes and ensures legal compliance.
455 travel documents in the first three months
After a careful selection and structured implementation process, Mitsubishi Electric chose premote. Within just the first three months after go-live, 455 legally relevant travel documents, such as A1 certificates and EU notifications, were generated. This reflects both the high volume of travel and the successful deployment of premote. Integration with existing processes, such as travel requests and the internal travel agency, went smoothly. The intuitive interface, fast support, and customization options, for example for email notifications and system integrations, are particularly appreciated.
