Challenge: Increasing demands in business travel management
With the growing volume of international travel, Mitsubishi Electric also faced a rising organizational workload. The multitude of legal requirements – from EU notifications and social security obligations to visa regulations – posed significant challenges. The complexity of labor and tax laws across various countries, combined with a decentralized process, resulted in a lack of overall visibility. It became clear: a centralized, automated, and legally compliant solution was needed.
Solution: Implementing premote with measurable added value
After a careful selection and structured implementation process, Mitsubishi Electric chose premote. Within just the first three months after go-live, 455 legally relevant travel documents – such as A1 certificates and EU notifications – were generated, clearly reflecting both the high volume of travel and the successful deployment of the solution. Integration with existing processes, such as travel requests and the internal travel agency, went smoothly.
