2026 FEM EMEA EMMAs Best Business Travel Management. Winner: premote
On Thursday 15th October, 2026 the winner of this year’s Best Business Travel Management award was announced at a glamorous black-tie dinner and ceremony at The Royal Lancaster Hotel London.
The event was wittily presented on stage by award-winning comedian, writer and actor, Marcus Brigstocke with the voice of the BAFTAs, Gina Mellotte to announce the nominees. Guests enjoyed a sparkling drinks reception and a three course dinner, then partied after the ceremony to DJ Rosie’s sounds.
The FEM EMMAs are the premier awards for the global mobility and International HR industry and on Thursday night, following a very engaging two-day Summit, key figures, leaders and companies gathered together in the elegant Nine Kings Ballroom, at The Royal Lancaster Hotel, London to celebrate the brightest and best in the EMEA region.
Claire Tennant-Scull, Global Director at FEM said:
“It’s so good to celebrate all the achievements and hard-work of the teams, individuals and suppliers in this amazing industry. The FEM EMMAs remain the gold standard awards for global mobility and international HR. They are the only truly global, yet region-specific awards with the greatest breadth of categories for both corporate professionals and service providers.
The quality of the entries this year has been remarkable and it has been thrilling to see so many EMEA EMMAs entries from companies and individuals who have never taken part before. Equally though, we love to see companies who take part in every region year after year, putting in the effort to create such high quality submissions. It’s wonderful to see that the ambition to win an EMMA remains as strong as ever.
Although I don’t take part in the judging of the entries, I do read all the entries several times over and after ten years at FEM, having read thousands of EMMAs entries in that time, I still regard it as a great privilege and am consistently surprised and delighted to discover all the innovative, creative work that is being done in all areas of the industry.
Once again, the judges have been especially impressed to see the quality of work undertaken by individuals, teams and organizations in the midst of so many challenging circumstances. It is a demonstration of how resourceful and resilient the people who work in this industry can be, and I think everyone who took part should feel very proud of what they have achieved.
Global Mobility is an extremely demanding discipline and to excel in such a demanding role and among fierce competition is not easy, and so any individual or organization who makes it onto the Shortlist is to be congratulated.
EMMAs entries are always rigorously judged by a team of fiercely impartial, highly experienced, senior figures in the industry and academia, who are drawn from a range of disciplines across the EMEA region and who give up their own free time to carry out a very thorough and demanding process. So these awards carry tremendous kudos. It’s so important to receive recognition among your peers for innovation and hard work and so I think the winners and all those on the shortlist should feel extremely proud.”
This year, with so many brilliant entries we were fortunate to have more than 70 judges to assess the entries and they were pleased to see again that alongside the well-established EMMAs entrants, we also received submissions from individuals and companies who have never taken part in the EMMAs before. It’s invigorating to have so many new faces at the awards and to see how the industry is developing and bringing on new talent. I think the results were very interesting and we were so pleased to receive such good feedback on many of the entries from the judges.”
This year the FEM EMEA EMMAs saw more than 190 entries across 24 categories, and the independent judging panel made up of 70+ industry experts and academics remarked on the extraordinarily high standard of the entries.
Judged against a strict set of criteria, the competition for this award was fierce.
The judges commented on premote’s entry:
“premote is an outstanding example of what a small, focused team can achieve with the principle that ‘The software adapts to the company, never the other way around.’ It has demonstrated a flexible and highly configurable solution that can operate through API integration, behind existing booking tools or as a replacement travel-request process and shows real operational impact.”
FEM is very grateful to our esteemed panel of judges for all their hard work and careful consideration of every entry.
The FEM EMMAs will take place again next year at our Summits and Awards in the Americas in May, APAC (Singapore) in September and EMEA (London) in October.
Entries will be open from mid-January 2027. We look forward to receiving submissions and celebrating together again. (ENDS)
