Every business trip, assignment or workation abroad comes with obligations: A1 certificates, posted worker notifications, visas, tax and permanent establishment risks. In many companies this still ends up in spreadsheets, email ping-pong and expensive one-off advice.
premote is the all-in-one global mobility platform for assignment management, business travel, workation, travel risk and agentic workflows. It also includes permanent establishment reporting and a global risk assessment for 195 countries. Siemens, KUKA, ENERCON, Mitsubishi Electric, TKE and Roland Berger manage their global mobility with premote.
We are bootstrapped and profitable, at 3M ARR, and our revenue has doubled every year since we were founded. Our team is small and extremely performance-driven. Right now we are pushing our European and international expansion forward, and we are looking for strong people to do it.
We build premote because global mobility should not be a consulting project.
Your contribution
Behind every check in premote is expertise on assignments, social security, tax and visas. As a Product Specialist, you make sure that expertise is right, lands in the product and works for our customers, from assignment management to permanent establishment reporting. With our revenue doubling every year, new customers, countries and requirements keep coming in.
What you will do
- Onboarding: you guide new customers through the rollout and set up processes and approvals to match how they work.
- Expert authority: you are the go-to person for global mobility teams and solve tricky questions on business trips, assignments and workations.
- Shape the product: you turn market requirements into new features with our product and engineering team.
- Track the rules: you follow new regulations, for example on the EU Posted Workers Directive, and bring them into the product.
- Share knowledge: you review and extend our compliance content, from country guides to the wiki.
- Back up sales: you support demanding expert demos.
What you bring
- Several years of experience in global mobility, for example in a global mobility department, a tax advisory or a consultancy
- Solid knowledge of assignments, A1 certificates, the EU Posted Workers Directive or visas and immigration
- You enjoy software and making processes simpler
- You explain complex topics so anyone can follow
- You take full ownership of topics and drive them yourself
- Business-fluent German and very good English
Nice to have
- Experience rolling out HR or travel software
- Knowledge of payroll tax or social security law for international assignments
