Every business trip, assignment or workation abroad comes with obligations: A1 certificates, posted worker notifications, visas, tax and permanent establishment risks. In many companies this still ends up in spreadsheets, email ping-pong and expensive one-off advice.
premote is the all-in-one global mobility platform for assignment management, business travel, workation, travel risk and agentic workflows. It also includes permanent establishment reporting and a global risk assessment for 195 countries. Siemens, KUKA, ENERCON, Mitsubishi Electric, TKE and Roland Berger manage their global mobility with premote.
We are bootstrapped and profitable, at 3M ARR, and our revenue has doubled every year since we were founded. Our team is small and extremely performance-driven. Right now we are pushing our European and international expansion forward, and we are looking for strong people to do it.
We build premote because global mobility should not be a consulting project.
Your contribution
Cost projections, balance sheet calculations, PE risk, A1 certificates: global mobility is full of terms that HR and global mobility teams work with every day, yet hardly anyone explains them simply. As a freelance content creator, you change that. You turn these terms into short videos that are easy to follow, accurate and, ideally, fun to watch. You work closely with our team on the subject matter.
What you will do
- Explain terms: you turn global mobility terms such as cost projections, balance sheet calculations, PE risk or A1 certificates into short, easy-to-follow videos.
- Develop formats: you create recognizable short formats with your own style, ideally with a pinch of humor.
- From idea to finished video: you write scripts, shoot and edit.
- Stay accurate: you align content with our team so every explanation is simple and still correct.
What you bring
- Experience as a content creator making short explainer videos
- Work samples or a channel that show how you explain things
- You make complex things simple without getting them wrong
- Humor that works even with a specialist topic
- You work independently and reliably
- Very good German and good English
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B, HR, tax or finance topics
- Knowledge of global mobility, such as assignments, A1 certificates or permanent establishments
